Rossiter System® Workouts aren't appropriate or right for everyone. If you LIKE to be in control, are fed up with pain and tightness, and are ready to work hard to rid yourself of it, The Rossiter System® MAY be a good fit for you. You must be able to get up and down off the floor by yourself. Rossiter stretches are done either on a mat or a low platform. If you are taking any painkillers - whether over the counter or prescription - you need to have them out of your system enough to judge the amount of weight being used for stretches accurately. (Call me! We'll discuss it!) Any other medications you might be taking can possibly have an effect with Rossiter, so ask!
