If you've had cortisone shots or low back surgery, Rossiter System® Stretches for low back pain are not recommended for you. Hopefully you're reading this before you've gotten to that point. Rossiter Stretches are fine for anyone with hip replacements. As long as you can get on and off the floor without assistance, and there are no other limiting factors, I can probably help you. Some types of pain this has helped are: sciatica, herniated discs, bulging discs, pinched nerves, deep hip pain, chronic and acute (new) back pain, arthritis in the hip, bursitis, scoliosis as well as IT Band pain, thigh cramping, tension and tightness. It's all about loosening tight, constricted connective tissue to restore the natural space your body is supposed to have. The low back has the largest, thickest area of connective tissue in the body. When it's tight, everything is effected. This is perfect for drug free pain management for anyone suffering from chronic pain. |
